At Cineworld Cinemas, we are committed to offering maximum accessibility and we strive to provide facilities that meet the requirements of all our customers.
The Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card (CEA card) helps us to ensure that reasonable support is made available to you. If you require a carer, simply apply for your CEA card by picking up an application form from our foyer or from www.ceacard.co.uk. Your 'CEA card' will entitle your accompanying carer to a free seat. This policy is valid at all times.

Wheelchair users and guests with restricted mobility
We are committed to providing wheelchair access at all our cinemas where possible.
Hearing impaired guests
Performances with Subtitles for the hearing impaired are available at all Cineworld locations. These happen weekly and usually take place on Sunday afternoon's and Monday evenings, with larger locations also screening them on Thursday evenings.
We aim to have Hearing loops (for customers with hearing aids) available at all Cineworld locations. Please enquire with the cinema team directly or be contacting the Customer Service team.
Sight impaired guests
Performances with Audio Description facilities are available at certain Cineworld locations. These performances are specified on our cinema film listings. When you arrive at the cinema, please speak to a team member at the till to request an Audio Description headset. Please be aware that if you require a headset, you may be asked to leave a credit card or other form of ID while the set is being used.
Guide dogs are welcome at all times in all of our cinemas and can attend any type of screening except 4DX.

Yes. At Cineworld Cinemas, we are committed to offering maximum accessibility and we strive to provide facilities that meet the requirements of all our customers.
The CEA card helps us to ensure that reasonable support is made available to you. Any customer who is in receipt of DLA (disability living allowance) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is eligible to apply to join this scheme, which will grant them a free ticket for someone to accompany them during their cinema visit. An administration fee is payable to process the application and proof of eligibility will be required.
Unlimited card-holders can get a free ticket for their carer with a CEA Card.
Yes, all of our sites offer subtitled screenings of one new latest release, at least twice a week on a Sunday afternoon and Monday evening Our larger locations may also program an additional subtitled screening on a Thursday evening.

We are committed to providing wheelchair access at all of our cinemas where possible. The following list shows which of our cinemas have less than full wheelchair access or restricted access to certain screens:
Harlow Queensgate Centre: Restricted access to the Cafe Bar. No automatic open doors at entrance of the cinema.
London - Leicester Square: Wheelchair access is available in screens 2, 5, 6, and 8 (IMAX). Disabled Entrance/Exit on Leicester Street.
All of our cinemas have full or restricted disabled toilets access.
In addition, we have the following facilities:
Automatic front doors, available at certain cinema locations.
Disabled parking spaces and foyer seating, available at certain cinema locations.
These screenings have subtle changes to the cinema environment that means people who have sensory requirements may have a more positive experience than they would in a traditional cinema setting. Changes include the lights and volume being kept on at a low level, the sound being turned down and there are no trailers or advertisements - just the film. Customers are also welcome to bring their own food and drink into the performance.
These screenings usually take place on the first Sunday (first Saturday if visiting Enfield, Harlow Queensgate, or West India Quay) of every month at all cinemas except for the below:

Of course. A hearing loop (which is sometimes referred to as an audio induction loop) is a special type of sound system for use by people with hearing aids. These are available at select Cineworld locations. When you arrive at the cinema, please speak to a team member at our till to confirm if they have one available to use.
